About the Role
Koncepts Lab is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Analyst – IT to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, developers, testers, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will serve as a bridge between the technical team and business users to ensure solutions align with project goals and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- — Interact with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- — Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
- — Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- — Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA testers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- — Conduct system and data analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- — Assist in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes as needed.
- — Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and ensuring business needs are met.
- — Help manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- — Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- — 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in an IT environment.
- — Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- — Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar.
- — Ability to write clear and concise documentation including BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
- — Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- — Understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- — Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst Certification.
- — Experience working with cross-functional teams on web and mobile-based applications.
- — Knowledge of database queries (SQL) and basic UI/UX principles.
