About the Role
Koncepts Lab is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the IT, digital transformation, and media solutions space.
Key Responsibilities
- — Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- — Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored IT/digital solutions.
- — Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- — Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- — Collaborate with internal teams (tech, media, marketing) to align solutions with client requirements.
- — Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- — Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- — Represent the company at industry events, webinars, or conferences as needed.
- — Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- — Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- — 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or digital industry.
- — Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- — Ability to understand and explain technical services or digital products to clients.
- — Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- — Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- — Experience in B2B sales or working with international clients.
- — Familiarity with digital marketing, SaaS, software development, or media production services.
- — Understanding of lead generation strategies via LinkedIn, cold emails, and social media.
