About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Media Production Executive to join our Media Team at Koncepts Lab. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the production of media content across various formats, including video, audio, animation, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and brand-consistent media outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- — Plan, organize, and manage media production projects from pre-production through post-production.
- — Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to manage shoot schedules, equipment, and resources.
- — Oversee and assist with scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and publishing media content.
- — Ensure that all produced content meets brand standards and project objectives.
- — Monitor deadlines, production budgets, and resource allocation.
- — Manage content libraries, raw footage, and archives in an organized and secure manner.
- — Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to integrate media assets into campaigns and platforms.
- — Stay updated with the latest trends in media production, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- — Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- — 1–3 years of experience in media production or content creation roles.
- — Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production).
- — Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve.
- — Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and studio setups.
- — Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- — Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- — Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- — Experience managing shoots (in-studio and on-location).
- — Familiarity with social media content formats and trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- — Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- — Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or video analytics is an advantage.
